1throttle Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every order you place through 1throttle. Please review the following shipping and return guidelines.

Each poster is custom made from the motorcycle photo you submit after purchase. Because of the personalized nature of the artwork, custom posters cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started. If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprints, damage, or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover the costs.

If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us by submitting a problem report so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns & Return Address

By default, returned shipments are sent to our production facility. Once a return is received, you’ll be notified by email. Please note: unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to set a different return address, you’ll be responsible for handling any returned items.

Wrong Address

If the address provided at checkout is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once we confirm an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

  • If no active account or billing method is on file, any returns caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed shipment will not be reshipped and will instead be donated to charity (no refund provided).

  • Certain items, such as face masks or other sealed goods, cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Returned face masks will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you’d like to return a product, please reach out to us before sending anything back.

  • Buyer’s remorse: We generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you’d like a different size, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.

  • Brazil customers: If you reside in Brazil, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and undamaged, with a photo provided as proof. Refunds cannot be issued for items that have been used or damaged.

EU Customers

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Governing Language

This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of translations.
